About Us
CATS is a volunteer service organization providing daughters, along with their mothers, opportunities to support philanthropies in the greater Alpharetta community. Daughter members must either attend Alpharetta High School or must be zoned to attend Alpharetta High School and be in grades 9 – 12 to be eligible to join.
We volunteer with various philanthropies throughout the year. CATS is not an Alpharetta High School sponsored club, and is not governed by the school.

Our Story
LOVE, SERVE, SHARE
In 2009, several Alpharetta students were founding members of Young Men’s Service League in Alpharetta, GA. We watched these boys in their excitement and dedication to the needs of our neighbors and community and it was infectious. We wanted to join in and create a girls' service club to ignite a passion for service and to develop kindhearted, confident, and generous young women who would carry these traits into adulthood. In August of 2009, Called Alpharetta To Serve, or “CATS” was formed by a group of mothers and their daughters. What started with around 20 young ladies in 2009 has now grown to over 100 young ladies in 2024!

We are called to serve, assist, and support our community through philanthropy with our time, talent, and love. In doing so, our goal is to foster mother-daughter relationships as they serve side by side; and to develop leadership skills among our members while cultivating a sense of civic responsibility and social awareness.
